Website design starts at US$1,999 for WordPress websites.
This price includes:
– Free .com, .org, or .co.za domain name for 2 years:
If you don’t already have one, I’ll help you brainstorm a unique domain name for your business — one that’s available across all online platforms. If you need a special domain name with a unique TLD (for example, .ng, .na, or .sex), I’ll add the price to your invoice. You will be responsible for any renewals after the first two years.
– Free hosting for 2 years:
I use IONOS and Gandi to host client websites and domain names. You’ll get full access to your website login credentials (username and password). You will be responsible for any renewals after the first two years.
– Unlimited free email addresses (2GB mailbox)
An email@yourwebsite.com address looks more professional. You can set up as many standard email addresses as you like (such as info@yourwebsite.com), limited to 2GB per mailbox. If you need more space (say, up to 50GB), that’ll cost extra. I can also set up automatic email redirects to your regular Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, or Yahoo email inbox.
– Free SSL certificate for one year
I’ll install a Secure Socket Layer certificate on your website to signal to visitors that transactions on your site are safe. This will show that green security padlock next to your URL on website browsers. You will be responsible for any SSL renewals after the first year.
– Free WordPress template
I’ll send you some WordPress template options to choose from and work with your selected template. These templates typically come with a site builder like Elementor, Unyson, or WP Bakery to help you create drag-and-drop pages and posts. Building a custom site template from scratch will cost extra.
– Free plugins
I’ll install all necessary plugins for your contact form, site builder, security, social sharing, e-commerce (through WooCommerce), and event calendars. Should we need any paid plugins to ensure your site runs smoothly, I’ll notify you of the retail price in advance.
– Base content
I’ll add some basic skeleton copy to your landing pages so you can start selling immediately. This only covers your homepage, contact page, and service pages (if any). You can amend and approve all copy before it goes live. If you have your own copy, you can send it to me in a Google Doc and I’ll load it up for you.
Optional services
- Graphic design: I can design custom graphics for your website pages. The final price is determined by your graphic design needs.
- Paid ads: You give me a budget (minimum US$1,000), and I craft a paid ads strategy around it to reach your defined audience. I charge 10% of the total ad spend.
- Photography: We set up a shoot for you, your team, or your products depending on location and availability.
- Newsletter: I set up and craft a weekly newsletter to help you grow your list, sell more products and services, and own your audience.
Edits
I’ll generally work on the website until you’re happy.
Should we experience too many edits (e.g., repeated copy changes or complex animation needs outside the scope of the template), that may cost extra.
I’ll notify you in advance of any extra charges.
I aim to finish all website projects within 30 days — any longer, and we’ll finalize an extension fee based on the outstanding work or additional requests.

Fees:
- All payments are due upfront. No exceptions.
Contracts:
- To protect both parties, we’ll sign a contract before we begin any work.
E-commerce payment gateways:
- Depending on where you are in the world, you may need to integrate a payment gateway to receive payments on your website.
- If you’re based in the US, Europe, or Australia, Stripe should work just fine.
- If you’re based in Africa, I recommend Paystack (what I use) or PayFast.
- I’m happy to work with you to find the best payment gateway provider for your region.
- Please note you will be responsible for all sign-up fees and documentation (typically your ID, proof of residence, and business registration documents).
